Position Overview

The Conscious Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor and Therapist. This full-time position is primarily remote, providing you the flexibility to impact the mental well-being of our diverse clientele while enjoying a work-life balance. The ideal candidate will hold an active license in their respective field (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW), possess a Master's or Doctoral degree, and have a passion for helping those facing mental health challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of diverse patients, determining appropriate treatment plans based on individual circumstances.
  • Provide short-term, evidence-based individual counseling and crisis intervention to patients navigating various mental health challenges, instilling hope and motivation for recovery.
  • Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and workshops focused on essential topics, such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development, empowering participants to share and learn from one another.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the hospital, including medical doctors, nursing staff, and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach that addresses both physical and mental health needs.
  • Engage in proactive outreach and preventive mental health initiatives, including wellness events and educational campaigns aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
