The "home office" for this position is located in Orlando, FL. Actual work location may vary.
Responsibilities
  • Understands all functions of the company departments, as they relate to the needs of the internal and external customer. Work with Business Owners to design, configure, customize appropriate applications.
  • Evaluates systems and data flow between functional areas. Uses this knowledge to properly identify and designate Enterprise and Project Management Applications, specify changes and create new processes.
  • Integrate the applications to simplify and optimize business processes
  • Designs process flows and programming requirements to engineer strategic business tools that increase productivity.
  • Documents the setup, configuration, and mapping of these applications and integrations.
  • Documents the business processes supported by these applications.
  • Thoroughly documents any technology changes or enhancements.
  • Ensures software applications and their functions are fully secured and only accessible to authorized users per the documented role matrixes.
  • Maintains and updates the data calculations that drive business processes (GSA rates, Vertex, Tax Tables, etc.).
  • Coordinate and manage support tickets as issues arise, ensuring timely communication and coordination with subject matter experts and application vendors.
  • Advise Business Owners on existing application functionality as new needs arise in order to leverage existing software licenses.
  • Work with the IT Department to create a disaster recovery plan for these applications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • For Security Clearance Requirements - must be a US Citizen, as required.
  • Controlled & Classified Information - Candidates must have had, currently have, or be eligible to receive a secret security clearance with the U.S. Department of Defense.
  • Ideal candidates will be familiar with the handling requirements for both controlled unclassified and classified U.S. Government and foreign government information. They should be familiar with the obligations of the Information System Security Manager or Office (ISSM/ISSO) and the relevant policies and procedures such as the NISPOM, NIST 800-53, and NIST 800-171 and the RMF accreditation and oversight processes.
  • Experience in managing technology systems that adhere to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) guidelines is also a plus.
  • In depth knowledge of ERP systems (CMiC is preferred) and business practices.

Detailed Qualifications
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree or better in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or Applied Mathematics. Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 Years Experience with the following:
    • Business Intelligence and OA reporting and knows how to create report forms using data sets, calculations, and queries.
    • Report Building using data sources and programming syntax.
    • Experience with Relational Databases and SQL. Has experience with one or more programming languages.
    • Budgeting and Forecasting, Reporting, Variance Analysis, Pricing, and Finance. Has the ability to perform financial and operational modelling.
  • A proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office Products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be self-directed, organized and exceptionally motivated to accomplish goals.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
