This position is fully remote with the possibility of some necessary travel once yearly. | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.

*Looking for candidates with willingness to grow, learn & work in very collaborative and positive environment. Experience in Payroll, UKG Pro WFM or related Kronos application, Atlassian Tools (JIRA, Confluence), experience in unit / acceptance testing and configuration release life cycles.

Job Description

This role is responsible for direct support, configuration, and testing of the Timekeeping and Payroll Processing components of the UKG Pro WFM platform based on stakeholder and organizational needs and priorities.

Essential Functions

  • Individual contributor with team collaboration
  • Participates in implementation of application modules; configures low to medium complexity applications.
  • Manages simple projects utilizing standard business process design, testing, and deployment. May be involved in more complex projects with supervision
  • Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to system functionality, providing timely and effective support to functional end users. Conducts routine system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance. Collaborates with Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements. Supports minor configuration and process builds.
  • Facilitates training sessions for operation trainers on system related functionality
  • Moderate functional domain and technical experience in financial management, supply chain, enterprise resource planning, human resource management, or timekeeping/scheduling systems. Collaborates with cross-functional teams
  • Creates and maintains system documentation and user guides
  • Provides day-to-day operational maintenance and support to functional business areas. Performs operations systems tasks and maintenance as assigned. Participates in process consultations. May be involved in the development of reports or integrations with supervision
  • Consults and actively works with business areas and project teams to assess needs for the various business functions. Collaborates with peers to create technical design documentation. Executes on system and process solutions
  • Responsible for testing including but not limited to patch or service pack testing, defect research, general testing, and deployment support. Follows standard testing methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or Strata.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Understanding of business and healthcare operations.
