• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, ensuring that each treatment plan is tailored to individual circumstances.
• Diagnose and treat a diverse range of mental health disorders, while actively modifying care plans based on ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Provide both individual and family therapy sessions remotely, establishing a therapeutic rapport that fosters trust and openness with clients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including healthcare providers and community resources to create discharge plans that secure ongoing support for clients.
• Educate clients and their families on treatment pathways, referring them to appropriate support services, community programs, and additional mental health professionals as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, as well as adherence to the Mental Health Practice Act.
• Prioritize your daily responsibilities by effectively managing your case load and promptly addressing the needs of new, current, and transitioning clients.
• Offer crisis support and debriefing sessions for clients and staff following adverse events to maintain a secure and healthy work environment.
• Advocate for clients' needs by facilitating effective communication between them, their families, and the multidisciplinary care teams.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse group of clients spanning various age groups and backgrounds. Our client population consists of individuals facing a myriad of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist.
• Strong understanding and familiarity with community mental health resources, programs, and treatment options.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• A proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients, enhancing their engagement in the therapeutic process.

• Previous experience in telehealth services is highly desirable but not mandatory.
• Experience working with a diverse clientele and sensitivity to cultural differences in mental health care would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapies and best practices in mental health treatment.
