Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead large, complex GSA BPA Calls supporting internal HR systems and enterprise modernization. This senior role provides strategic project leadership, cross functional coordination, and integration oversight across multiple HR platforms.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead management and delivery of large, complex BPA Calls for GSA internal HR systems.
  • Serve as primary contractor liaison with the Program Manager, CO, BPA level COR, and BPA Call level COR(s).
  • Ensure all technical solutions, schedules, and deliverables are executed on time and in compliance with BPA requirements.
  • Oversee enterprise wide horizontal integration planning across HR and related functional systems.
  • Direct cross functional teams, manage risks, and maintain project governance and documentation.
  • Support change management, stakeholder engagement, and system adoption activities.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements

  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Minimum of 6 years of IT experience, including increasing responsibility in information systems design and management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Federal IT project leadership, especially HRIS or HR modernization.
  • Strong understanding of federal acquisition, BPA structures, and COR/CO engagement.
  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and enterprise HR platforms (e.g., HRIS, talent management, onboarding, workforce analytics).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and management skills.
  • Certifications such as Agile, SAFe, ITIL, or FACP/PM (highly desirable)
