Job description

A global consulting and advisory organization is seeking a senior-level consultant to support enterprise transformation initiatives across technology, operations, sourcing strategy, and organizational modernization efforts.

This role will partner closely with executive leadership teams to evaluate current operating environments, design future-state delivery models, improve organizational effectiveness, and support large-scale transformation programs. The work spans both technology and business operations, with a strong focus on helping organizations operate more efficiently, adapt more quickly, and better leverage modern digital capabilities.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of consulting leadership, operational strategy, organizational design, and large-enterprise transformation experience.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Lead consulting engagements focused on operational transformation, service delivery improvement, and organizational modernization
  • Work with executive stakeholders to assess current operating environments and define future-state strategies
  • Help organizations improve agility, efficiency, governance, scalability, and cross-functional alignment
  • Support sourcing and partner strategy initiatives across internal teams, outsourced services, and hybrid delivery environments
  • Guide clients through organizational and operational change initiatives tied to technology and business transformation
  • Help clients evaluate and incorporate AI-enabled and automation-driven capabilities into operational and service delivery strategies
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, and executive presentations
  • Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation plans, and operational improvement recommendations
  • Advise leadership teams on evolving technologies, automation capabilities, and modern service delivery approaches
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, communication, and overall client satisfaction
  • Support proposal development, client relationship growth, internal initiatives, and mentoring efforts

What They re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience within consulting, enterprise transformation, operational strategy, sourcing advisory, or large-scale organizational change initiatives
  • Experience working within complex enterprise environments across technology and/or business operations
  • Strong understanding of modern service delivery models, operational improvement, and organizational effectiveness
  • Ability to engage effectively with executive and senior leadership stakeholders
  • Experience leading workshops, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional programs
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives, automation, cloud technologies, and evolving operational models
  • Experience supporting organizations adopting AI-enabled or automation-driven operational initiatives is highly valued
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Consulting, advisory, or managed services experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting business development, proposals, and executive presentations is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience required
