About the Role:
Coastal Computer Consulting LLC is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Support Technician to join our growing team in Brunswick, GA. Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral device problems
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and business applications
  • Set up and support network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Respond to help desk tickets and client service requests in a timely manner
  • Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patching
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and IT procedures
  • Resolving 90%+ of client issues on first contact
  • Maintaining a 98%+ client satisfaction rating
  • Hitting monthly goals with integrity, not shortcuts
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role
  • Proficiency with Windows and/or macOS operating systems
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or similar platforms is a plus
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, client-first attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 100 lbs
