• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, effectively formulating clinical diagnoses to drive individualized treatment planning.
• Deliver personalized therapy to individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their safety and comfort until stabilization.
• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams that include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, sharing insights to develop a unified care strategy for clients.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies, serving as an advocate to enhance their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Engage in continuous personal and professional development to stay aligned with emerging best practices in mental health care through workshops, training, and professional networking.
