This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule. Our digital platforms are designed to facilitate seamless communication and management of client interactions. You will primarily work from home, engaging in secure video sessions with clients, all while enjoying the advantages of a collaborative team atmosphere that values your contribution.

• Conduct secure and effective video counseling sessions with low-acuity adult clients, ensuring a safe environment for self-expression and progress.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to stress management, grief processing, anxiety reduction, and relationship issues.
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that empower them in making informed decisions and building emotional resilience.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in our secure client management system.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights, exchange best practices, and enhance overall service delivery within the telehealth framework.

You will engage with a diverse range of adult clients dealing with various mental health issues. Our client-focused model emphasizes the importance of personalized care, and you will play a critical role in helping clients navigate their unique journeys towards improved mental wellbeing.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required for this role.
• You must hold an independent licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Proficiency in technology and comfort with conducting virtual sessions is essential.

• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling or therapy.
• Prior experience in telehealth or dealing with low-acuity populations is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining personalized care for clients.
