• Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual clients' psychosocial needs and tailor appropriate treatment plans, including case management and crisis intervention strategies.
• Assist clients in navigating various forms and applications for government entitlements, supplements, and benefits to ensure they have the resources needed for stability.
• Guide patients in accessing medication cost assistance through community resources and pharmaceutical company programs, advocating for their financial needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and reports as required for compliance and effective treatment management.
• Collaborate with community agencies as an advocate for clients, ensuring their voices and needs are heard in the larger healthcare system.
• Coordinate transportation assistance and other logistical needs for clients when attending virtual sessions or engaging with services.
• Regularly participate in clinical team meetings and case conferences, contributing to a collaborative approach to client care.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be working with a diverse population of adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Your therapeutic engagement will address not only the mental health needs but also the social, emotional, and educational needs of our clients, ultimately contributing to their overall well-being and comprehensive treatment outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory.
• Must possess an active state license as a Mental Health Therapist: LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting is required, demonstrating ongoing clinical engagement and practice.
• Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy and familiarity with additional therapeutic techniques and practices.
