• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using proven, evidence-based practices to meet diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychologists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care for each client.
• Document client progress, treatment plans, and other essential information in compliance with organizational policies and HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in clinical supervision and pursue opportunities for ongoing professional development and training.
• Stay informed about best practices, emerging research, and key trends in the mental health field to enhance your therapeutic approach.
• Uphold ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and trust essential to the therapeutic relationship.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
