Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and family dynamics.
  • Utilize telemedicine technology to provide individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring clarity and engagement in a virtual format.
  • Encourage open dialogues with clients and their family members, using motivational interviewing techniques to help them gain insight into their feelings and behaviors.
  • Regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to continuously meet their evolving needs.
  • Facilitate supportive group therapy sessions that allow participants to share experiences and foster community while addressing common challenges.
  • Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in our electronic health records system, adhering to confidentiality and compliance regulations.

Qualifications
