What is contract compliance?

Contract compliance refers to the process of ensuring that all parties involved in a contract adhere to the terms, conditions, and regulations specified in the agreement. Professionals in contract compliance review contracts, monitor performance, and verify that legal, financial, and operational requirements are being met. This helps organizations minimize risk, avoid penalties, and maintain strong business relationships. Contract compliance is important in industries like government, healthcare, and construction where regulations are strict and oversight is crucial.
