About this position
The Compensation Analyst partners with organization leaders and HR team members to ensure compensation structures support the Compensation Philosophy. Maintains compensation programs that keep with current trends and provides compensation education for leaders, team members, and other HR team members. Assists in the development and implementation of the compensation strategic plan.
Requirements
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
Experience
• Minimum 4 years Human Resource experience with a minimum of 2 years working in Compensation. • Knowledge of HRIS systems and ability to work with proficiency in databases.
• Skilled at developing effective rapport with all levels of the organization.
• Able to analyze large volumes of data that supports appropriate compensation decisions for the organization.
