• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' needs and develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Employ personalized therapeutic techniques that encourage healing, growth, and mental well-being.
• Set realistic therapeutic goals and diligently track client progress during each session to adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring that all technological platforms used are user-friendly and secure for client confidentiality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, providing treatment for various mental health concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and other emotional hardships. Your approach will focus on individual needs, allowing you to apply customized therapeutic modalities that resonate with each client’s unique experiences. By assisting individuals in overcoming personal challenges, you will help foster resilience and promote overall mental health within the community.

• A current and valid state license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) to practice as a mental health therapist.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate meaningful connections with clients.
• A strong foundation of empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward all clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills necessary to manage client caseloads effectively.

Ideal candidates will possess direct experience working in therapeutic settings, demonstrating a track record of successful client outcomes. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the integration of technology into therapy practices is highly preferred. Candidates with additional certifications in specialized therapies (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) will be viewed favorably as well.
