• Conduct thorough client evaluations to understand their unique mental health needs and histories, leading to the creation of effective personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to the individual needs of clients, with a focus on promoting personal growth, self-efficacy, and well-being.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
• Provide teletherapy sessions to accommodate flexibility in client scheduling and accessibility issues, ensuring that no client is left without the support they need.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records in adherence with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development to remain current with best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Our clients encompass a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, requiring cultural sensitivity and an understanding of various clinical presentations. Your work directly influences their ability to overcome personal challenges and achieve a higher quality of life.

• Current and valid state license as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills necessary for effective therapy delivery and building rapport with clients.
• A strong foundation of empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities to juggle responsibilities efficiently.

• Previous experience in a therapeutic setting, particularly within community health contexts, is preferred.
• Familiarity with online therapy platforms and documentation systems is a plus.
• Engagement in specialized training or workshops related to trauma, anxiety, or cognitive behavioral therapies is advantageous.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, based on your workload and experience. Our benefits include:
