• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess mental health needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver specialized therapy sessions through telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to each client, ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Establish concrete therapeutic goals and continuously monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all client interactions and treatment plans to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through attending workshops, webinars, and peer supervision sessions to enhance your skills and expertise.
• Foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration with clients, supporting them throughout their healing journey.

At International Client-centered Therapy, you will work with a diverse population of clients dealing with various mental health issues including, but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and our approach emphasizes cultural sensitivity and personalized care. • A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by a deep sense of empathy and compassion towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to balance client caseloads effectively.

• Previous experience in a clinical setting, particularly within telehealth services, is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with digital technology and teletherapy platforms that facilitate virtual sessions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health challenges.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, depending on workload and experience.
