Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Job Summary
This full-time telehealth role gives Licensed Clinical Social Workers the opportunity to focus on meaningful clinical work from a remote setting. You will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, provide therapy, and help them move toward healthier coping patterns and improved daily functioning.
The position is centered on professional therapy care, clear documentation, and steady client support through secure online sessions.
Role Details
Indiana Remote Therapy Position
This is a full-time position for an Indiana-licensed LCSW providing behavioral health services through telehealth.
Compensation and Schedule
The role offers $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.
Work Setting
All sessions are completed remotely through a secure telehealth platform.
Responsibilities
Client Sessions
  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions through secure video appointments
  • Help clients process personal, emotional, family, and behavioral health concerns
  • Provide practical clinical support for anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, and life transitions

Clinical Planning
  • Complete intake evaluations and identify care priorities
  • Develop individualized treatment plans
  • Adjust treatment direction as client needs change

Documentation and Standards
  • Record progress notes and clinical updates in a timely manner
  • Follow privacy, safety, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain professional boundaries in a virtual care setting

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in Indiana
  • Experience providing therapy, counseling, or clinical social work services
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Comfortable providing care through virtual platforms
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and clinical documentation standards
