• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, uncover strengths, and identify resources for healing.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, fostering an environment conducive to healing.
• Devise and execute individualized treatment plans that set clear goals and interventions, allowing for measurable progress in clients' mental health journeys.
• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care for all clients.
• Offer crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety during urgent situations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide psychoeducation classes, enhancing the skills and knowledge of clients and their support systems.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care and data integrity.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, trauma-related disorders, and other mental health challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for employment.

• In-depth knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment approaches to cater to diverse client needs.
