• Conduct in-depth clinical assessments via telehealth to accurately evaluate patient needs, strengths, and challenges.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based solutions to promote client healing and growth.
• Provide expert therapeutic interventions, incorporating techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or narrative therapy based on client preferences.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, adhering to all applicable privacy regulations.
• Participate in regular interdisciplinary team meetings to collaborate on patient care strategies and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Engage in peer reviews and case consultations, enhancing your professional development through shared knowledge and innovative practices.
• Actively educate and support clients and their families, fostering understanding of mental health conditions and treatment across various settings.
• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health to optimize client outcomes and clinic effectiveness.

Your role will center on diverse patient demographics, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges, representing the rich tapestry of individuals in our Temple community. You will play a crucial role in creating treatment strategies that respect cultural differences and enhance therapeutic rapport.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is essential.
• At least two years of direct clinical experience, particularly in outpatient settings is preferred, with a focus on evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Proficient in utilizing solution-focused interventions and able to adapt techniques to meet clients' individual therapeutic needs.
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with a strong problem-solving orientation.

• Experience in community mental health settings, particularly with diverse populations.
• A demonstrated history of effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records is advantageous.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 80,000 – 100,000.
