This full-time, remote position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 80,000 based on experience. Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications
  • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.
  • Cultural competence and sensitivity in order to provide effective care to individuals from various demographic backgrounds.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage time effectively, and maintain precise and timely documentation of client interactions.
Preferred Experience
  • At least 2 years of prior experience providing therapeutic services in a clinical setting.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document assessments and treatment plans efficiently.
  • Previous involvement in community mental health initiatives or programs addressing social determinants of health.
