As a member of our remote community health clinic, you will collaborate with a team of compassionate and skilled mental health professionals. You will utilize digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, attend team meetings, and engage in case discussions. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health, identifying key issues and formulating accurate clinical diagnoses to construct personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, couple, group, and family therapy employing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Provide immediate triage and crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being while formulating appropriate follow-up care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that include treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to all ethical and legal standards of practice.
• Engage in collaborative care with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure comprehensive treatment and continuity of care for clients.
• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
• Remain updated on the latest in mental health best practices by participating in ongoing training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Your primary focus will include working with a diverse array of clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. This includes tailor-made interventions for individuals seeking support as well as family and couples therapy. Understanding the unique cultural backgrounds and needs of clients in Cambridge, MA, is crucial to effectively promote mental health and wellness.

• Must be a licensed Mental Health Therapist, holding LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW credentials.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with at least two years of relevant experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with the team.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team structure while managing your own caseload.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in mental health therapy.

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is highly preferred.
• Experience with specific therapeutic modalities relevant to diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be advantageous.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
