• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health challenges, leading to the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Offer evidence-based individual therapy services tailored to the specific needs and backgrounds of each client, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress against these objectives throughout the course of treatment.
• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have geographical or physical limitations, thereby expanding our reach within the community.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient case management.
• Engage in ongoing professional development initiatives, including training and workshops, to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices in mental health care.

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population, ranging from adolescents to adults, addressing various mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By understanding the unique needs of each client, you play a crucial role in rekindling hope and guiding them towards healing and personal growth.

• Possess a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or PsyD, enabling you to practice independently within the state of Massachusetts.
• Hold a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships and effective therapeutic alliances with clients.
• Exhibit empathy and compassionate understanding towards clients, showing a commitment to non-judgmental care in all interactions.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing mental health counseling services.
• Previous experience in community health settings or private practice environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and practices, enhancing client accessibility and engagement.
