• Conduct thorough initial assessments, utilizing standardized tools and practitioner-developed protocols to identify individual client needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ goals and therapeutic expectations, ensuring progress is measurable.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions employing various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, based on each client's preferences and backgrounds.
• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies to enhance outcomes, including setting and revisiting therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to improve client accessibility, ensuring a seamless experience in remote counseling.
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of client interactions, treatments, and progress in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and self-study to enhance clinical skills.

Our client base encompasses children, adolescents, adults, and families in the Macon community who are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A current and valid state license to practice as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s or Doctoral degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Strong organizational capabilities and time management skills essential for maintaining a full caseload and meeting deadlines.

• Experience working in a counseling setting, specifically with children and families, is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote engagement strategies.
• Prior experience with trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload considerations. Our benefits package includes:
