• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, social determinants affecting their well-being, and collaboratively develop treatment goals.
• Provide empathetic one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to address a multitude of mental health and psychosocial issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and grief.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions aimed at fostering community support, sharing psychoeducation, and addressing common mental health challenges faced by participants.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating measurable goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Deliver effective crisis intervention services, including conducting risk assessments, formulating safety plans, and coordinating with emergency resources as necessary to ensure client safety.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and assist with navigating healthcare systems and community resources to ensure comprehensive support.
• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes.

In this role, you will primarily support individuals and families within our community health clinic framework, serving a diverse population with varying backgrounds and experiences. Your clients may include a broad range of individuals from different cultural, socioeconomic, and educational backgrounds, requiring you to apply cultural competence and sensitivity in your practice. Access to remote services allows for expanded outreach and support, as you help clients in overcoming barriers related to mental health.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated clinical experience in providing social work and counseling services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that foster relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong commitment to ethical standards and professional conduct.

• Proven ability to work in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and quality of care.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of cultural sensitivity.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools.
• Engagement in ongoing professional development and continuing education efforts to remain current with best practices.

We offer a competitive salary package ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, successful candidates may receive a sign-on bonus.
