  • Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, setting clear, achievable goals and interventions tailored to their needs.
  • Regularly contribute to team meetings focused on developing client-centered care plans and sharing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, conducting risk assessments and collaborating with clients to create safety plans.

In this role, you will focus on a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. You'll work with individuals facing life transitions, trauma recovery, and severe mental health battles, utilizing your expertise to nurture their resilience and recovery.

Qualifications

  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient care setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
  • In-depth understanding of current evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment interventions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong aptitude for assessment and evaluation.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience that includes working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or trauma survivors, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in using telehealth systems and managing virtual client sessions effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead group therapy sessions and educational workshops successfully.
