Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to fully understand clients’ mental health issues, strengths, and resources, creating a strong foundation for treatment.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions—be it one-on-one, family, or group therapy—using evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care approaches.
• Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, setting clear, achievable goals and interventions tailored to their needs.
• Regularly contribute to team meetings focused on developing client-centered care plans and sharing insights for continuous improvement.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, conducting risk assessments and collaborating with clients to create safety plans.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families during therapy sessions, ensuring that they understand the strategies and tools being used in their treatment.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately and promptly, adhering to both ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that foster community engagement and collective healing among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will focus on a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing various mental health challenges. You'll work with individuals facing life transitions, trauma recovery, and severe mental health battles, utilizing your expertise to nurture their resilience and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient care setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.
• In-depth understanding of current evidence-based therapeutic modalities and treatment interventions.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong aptitude for assessment and evaluation.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
