Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological well-being, ensuring accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment planning.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that reflect each client’s individual needs, goals, and preferences.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques tailored to different age groups and mental health issues.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support for clients in acute distress.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, complying with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in collaborative discussions with a multidisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.
• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health research and treatment methodologies, participating in ongoing professional development activities.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by relevant licensing boards, contributing to the integrity and professionalism of the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice focuses on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and their families. As a therapist, you will work closely with clients facing various mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and behavioral issues. Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure in Kansas as a Mental Health Therapist (LSCSW, LCSW, LCP, LCPC, LCMFT).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to formulate effective treatment strategies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of three years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting is required. Experience working with children and families is preferred, along with familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, accompanied by attractive bonus opportunities.
