• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs.
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to clients, utilizing recognized methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Providing individual and group therapy sessions while effectively utilizing therapeutic techniques to ensure clients feel heard and supported.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and support staff, to deliver a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintaining thorough and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines of the mental health profession.
• Actively participating in clinical supervision, case discussions, and professional growth initiatives to refine your clinical skills.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a history of successful client engagement and outcomes.
• Experience working in a community health settings or clinics.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote service delivery.
