Job Title: Community Association Manager

Department: Property Management

Reports to: Regional Director

Position Overview

Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with hands-on experience overseeing the

daily operations of condominium and homeowners’ associations. Proven ability to support

Board governance, managing vendor and contractor performance, supervising onsite staff, and

ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida Statutes. Strong communicator with

a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to community management.

Core Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of assigned condominium or homeowners’ associations

· Serve as primary liaison to Board Members and provide operational guidance

· Coordinate and facilitate Board meetings, including agendas, reports, and follow-ups

· Manage vendors, contractors, and maintenance personnel to ensure service quality and

efficiency

· Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents

· Supervise onsite staff and support operational workflows

· Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and administrative reporting

· Respond to resident concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently

· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance community operations

· Participating in ongoing training, meetings, and professional development activities

Qualifications

· 1 year of Active Florida LCAM license required

· High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred

· 1 year of experience in community association management required, 2 years of

Industry experience preferred

· Strong knowledge of condominium and HOA operations and Florida Statutes

· Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and administrative oversight

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred, CINC

software is a plus

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
