• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that meet the diverse needs of each client.
• Provide ongoing consultation to create pre-crisis and crisis plans that include behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and within regulatory timelines, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans.
• Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinic’s overall compliance and quality assurance efforts.
• Serve as a liaison to related service systems, state agencies, and community organizations, strengthening partnerships that benefit clients.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders to uphold our community's mission and standards.
• Enhance community ties by identifying and nurturing potential partnerships and funding sources to enrich service offerings.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending conferences and participating in relevant affiliations to elevate your expertise and the agency’s visibility.
• Integrate and promote the agency's mission and core values in all interactions and service provisions.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

Our ideal candidates will be dedicated to a diverse patient population, needing compassionate care across various backgrounds and mental health challenges. You will provide essential support for individuals navigating mental health crises, substance use disorders, and other emotional and behavioral health issues, focusing on enhancing their independence and community engagement through evidence-based practices.

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• An independent LMHC license issued by the state board, allowing for autonomous practice.
• Proven ability to maintain accurate clinical records and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Capacity to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team setting.
• Excellent communication skills to express ideas and evaluations effectively.
• Strong judgment capabilities to make independent clinical decisions based on professional knowledge.

• Experience in teletherapy or telehealth services is a plus.
• Prior work in diverse settings addressing substance use recovery, developmental disabilities or mental health services.
• Demonstrated ability to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients remotely.

This position offers competitive compensation in the range of USD 86,000 to 103,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
