Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that meet the diverse needs of each client.
  • Provide ongoing consultation to create pre-crisis and crisis plans that include behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and within regulatory timelines, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans.
  • Participate actively in all licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to the clinicโ€™s overall compliance and quality assurance efforts.
  • Serve as a liaison to related service systems, state agencies, and community organizations, strengthening partnerships that benefit clients.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders to uphold our community's mission and standards.
  • Enhance community ties by identifying and nurturing potential partnerships and funding sources to enrich service offerings.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending conferences and participating in relevant affiliations to elevate your expertise and the agencyโ€™s visibility.
  • Integrate and promote the agency's mission and core values in all interactions and service provisions.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • An independent LMHC license issued by the state board, allowing for autonomous practice.

Compensation and Benefits
