• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients during virtual consultations to fully understand their emotional, psychological, and social concerns, leading to the formulation of individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate engaging one-on-one virtual therapy sessions employing effective, evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client's unique situation, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Actively collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including social workers and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care for clients throughout their therapeutic journey.
• Participate in regular training workshops and professional development sessions that keep you informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in the mental health field.
• Propose innovative ideas for program development and improvement initiatives designed to enhance client engagement and therapy effectiveness.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment strategies to address a multitude of mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and interpersonal relationship challenges.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients from various backgrounds facing an assortment of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. • A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with a diverse client population.
• A commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity in clinical practice, ensuring every client feels understood and respected.

• Two years of experience in providing mental health counseling services preferred, with a focus on individual, couple, and family therapy.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus, enhancing efficiency in client documentation and case management.
