• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health statuses to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet clients' unique needs and goals.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities in individual therapy sessions, promoting personal growth and enhancing coping skills.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress toward therapeutic objectives, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients facing logistical challenges.
• Participate in regular professional development activities, including training sessions and peer supervision.

You will work with adults navigating complex issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship problems. The role requires empathy and a non-judgmental attitude, as you guide clients on their paths to healing and empowerment.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with clients empathetically and build trust through a compassionate approach.
• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to manage time effectively within a remote work context.

• Experience in a community health setting or private practice is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and virtual communication tools.
• Expertise in utilizing Evidence-Based Practices (EBPs) and a variety of therapeutic modalities.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
