Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining a professional therapeutic relationship according to ethical guidelines.
  • Conduct regular sessions to track client progress, therapeutic goals, and discuss upcoming appointments and discharge planning when appropriate.
  • Create, implement, and assess individual treatment plans that prioritize client wellness and progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of each client's treatment history, progress notes, and assessments following organizational standards.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients' mental health needs and establish appropriate treatment paths.
  • Engage in weekly individual sessions with clients, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to encourage personal development.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions to discuss client cases and refine therapeutic skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide integrated care approaches.
  • Maintain a proactive and growth-oriented mindset towards both personal and professional development within the workplace.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC will work with a diverse client population that includes adults, children, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges.
