• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health status and treatment needs of clients.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on specific client goals, using evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic modalities.
• Provide one-on-one therapy to adult clients in various areas, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, using methods that best suit each individual's requirements.
• Utilize teletherapy platforms for conducting virtual therapy sessions, helping to increase accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services and support during acute situations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay informed about the latest trends, best practices, and ethical standards in mental health.

The primary focus of our practice is to provide comprehensive mental health care to adult clients experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. Our clients include individuals from various backgrounds with diverse cultural perspectives and unique experiences. • Possession of a valid and current license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
• A compassionate and empathetic demeanor, showcasing a non-judgmental approach in all interactions.
• Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle a diverse caseload efficiently.
• No history of disciplinary actions with licensing boards or prior employers.

A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting working directly with adult clients is highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms will enhance your ability to provide effective remote services.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
