Job description

Be the First Voice Families Hear on Their Journey to Better Communication
Speech Teachers of North Georgia is a growing therapist-owned pediatric practice seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our practice, you'll help guide families through the first steps of their child's therapy journey. Every phone call, email, and interaction is an opportunity to provide encouragement, build trust, and help children access life-changing speech and language services.
If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and creating exceptional experiences, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
• Welcome and support families with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule evaluations and therapy appointments.
• Coordinate communication with families, physicians, schools, and therapists.
• Guide new families through the intake and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate records using Google Workspace and our practice management software.
• Help improve office systems and contribute ideas as our practice grows.
What We're Looking For
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A friendly, confident phone presence.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, and Gmail).
• Comfortable learning RingCentral and other software.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
Schedule
• Remote position
• Part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week
• Monday through Friday daytime hours
• Opportunity for additional hours and responsibilities as the practice grows
Why You'll Love Working With Us
We're a therapist-owned practice that values our team as much as the families we serve. You'll enjoy a flexible remote work environment, a supportive team culture, meaningful work that makes a difference in children's lives, and opportunities to grow alongside our practice.
About Speech Teachers of North Georgia
Speech Teachers of North Georgia partners with families, schools, physicians, and community organizations to help children build confident communication skills. We are guided by four core values:
• Do the Right Thing. Always.
• Lead by Example.
• Bring Out the Best in Everyone.
• Excellence in the Ordinary.
If you're looking for more than just a job and want to be part of a team that's making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today and become the first voice families hear on their journey to better communication.

This is a remote position.
