Job Description We are seeking a Senior Professional Communications to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in strategic communications, project coordination, and stakeholder management and a proven ability to deliver accurate communications on schedule across multiple workstreams. This role supports a large engagement for the State of California focused on population health management.

Responsibilities: Manage communications workplans, timelines, and deliverable trackers to ensure on-time execution. Coordinate review and approval processes, track feedback, consolidate comments, and follow up with stakeholders. Support drafting and editing of communications materials, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, and web content.

Prepare materials for meetings, forums, and external engagements, ensuring readiness and alignment with objectives. Coordinate logistics for communications forums such as stakeholder meetings, webinars, and presentations, including scheduling and materials distribution. Track the status of deliverables across multiple workstreams and proactively identify risks or delays.

Partner with the Strategic Communications Manager to prioritize tasks and maintain alignment with the communications strategy. Document meeting notes, decisions, and action items to ensure clear follow-through. Maintain organized repositories of communications materials and version control.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years of experience in project management, communications, consulting, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills with experience tracking multiple deliverables and deadlines.

Ability to manage review cycles and coordinate across multiple stakeholders. Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
