• Deliver individualized therapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans aligned with best practices.
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with state regulations and clinic standards.
• Implement evidence-based treatment methodologies and adjust strategies based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Crisis intervention: Respond effectively to crises by providing immediate support and resources to clients when needed.

The therapist will have the opportunity to work with clients facing challenges such as stress management, depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, and trauma-related issues.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster positive therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail in maintaining accurate client records.
• Knowledge of local mental health resources and regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with relevant technology platforms.
• Past involvement in crisis intervention and crisis management training.
• Specialized training or experience in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.
