• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the individual needs of clients through secure video sessions, creating an empathetic space for open dialogue.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on the assessment findings and clinical best practices, ensuring they address the unique circumstances of each client.
• Facilitate therapeutic interventions and counseling sessions that empower clients to manage their mental health conditions effectively.
• Advocate for clients by assisting them in setting realistic and achievable personal goals, and provide ongoing encouragement and support throughout their journey.
• Document client progress and treatment outcomes using our integrated electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and substance abuse counselors, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and trauma-related conditions. Our client population is diverse, encompassing various age groups, cultural backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses, which allows for enriching interactions and tailored interventions to meet specific needs. • Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution that qualifies for clinical licensure.
• Must possess a valid Washington state LICSW license with a clean record and no disciplinary actions.

• Previous involvement with crisis intervention and stabilization processes is highly desirable.

Hope for Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
