Work Environment

This position is wholly remote, designed to support our clinicians in their therapeutic endeavors while ensuring a favorable work-life balance. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial diagnostic assessments for clients, identifying mental health disorders and contributing factors impacting their well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, tailoring approaches according to evolving patient needs and therapy goals.
  • Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary; utilize data-driven methods to evaluate treatment effectiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Engage in crisis management as required, providing immediate support and interventions for clients in distress.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes using EMR systems.
  • Collaborate with case management teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care, promoting coordination across various service providers.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our counselors work with a wide range of clients presenting with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. You will encounter a diverse patient population, allowing for a rich and varied clinical experience while positively impacting the lives of individuals from different backgrounds.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in accordance with Washington State regulations.
  • Proven ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in delivering patient care.
  • Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills with a strong understanding of various mental disorders.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
