Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, enabling informed therapeutic decisions based on each clientโ€™s unique needs.
  • Facilitate counseling sessions and psychotherapy using various methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Monitor and evaluate clients' progress through data-driven approaches, adjusting therapeutic strategies as needed to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide crisis management and intervention as necessary, ensuring immediate support and safety for clients in distress.
  • Collaborate effectively with case management teams and other professionals to enhance the quality of care delivered.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records through our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, adapting to remote communication tools seamlessly.
  • Foster a non-judgmental therapeutic rapport that encourages client openness and shared decision-making in their treatment plans.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client base includes individuals struggling with various mental health issues, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and grief-related challenges. You will be engaging with clients from different backgrounds and communities across the Bothell, Washington area, thus reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and holistic care.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, with state-required licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
