Braver Perspective, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) to join our team in a rewarding full-time remote capacity. • Assess client needs through comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, employing various data-driven and evidence-based approaches to treatment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans by employing tailored therapeutic techniques, adjusting strategies from session to session based on client feedback and progress.
• Provide ongoing crisis management support and therapeutic services, demonstrating strong clinical judgment in high-pressure situations.
• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) technology and other remote communication tools efficiently to maintain accurate documentation and effective communication.
• Engage in psychotherapy using diverse modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Follow up with clients on a weekly or biweekly basis to monitor treatment progress and make necessary modifications to their therapy plans.
• Collaborate with case management teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients, fostering a holistic approach to their mental health needs.

You will work with a diverse clientele comprising individuals experiencing mild to moderate levels of anxiety and depression, as well as a range of mental health disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), PTSD, and more. Our telehealth environment allows you to connect with a broad spectrum of clients, fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships despite geographical boundaries.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Active State-regulated social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.
• Strong understanding of various psychotherapy modalities and effective treatment interventions.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• A proven ability to work independently and handle a busy caseload in a fast-paced virtual environment.
• No history of medical malpractice claims, validated through third-party verification.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

• Previous experience in telehealth or remote counseling settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Adeptness in handling a variety of mental health diagnoses across diverse populations.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
