Key Responsibilities
  • Provide crisis management and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Utilize strong diagnostic and clinical skills to assess, diagnose, and manage clients' mental health conditions.
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and utilize remote communication technology for client interactions.
  • Demonstrate an empathetic and non-judgmental approach while delivering patient-centered care.
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments, individual counseling, and psychotherapy sessions, facilitating weekly or biweekly follow-ups.
  • Collaborate effectively with case management to ensure holistic care and support for clients.
  • Apply various psychotherapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.
  • Evaluate client progress through data-driven approaches and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Work autonomously and leverage clinical judgment to navigate complex cases.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a broad spectrum of patients, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health issues, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma recovery, and grief. Your expertise will directly impact their quality of life, empowering them to achieve greater emotional resilience and stability.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • A valid Social Work License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as per state regulations.
  • Proven experience with a wide array of psychotherapy modalities and mental health disorders.
  • Demonstrable ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality care standards.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for fostering therapeutic relationships.
  • Clean record with no history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.
  • Background in trauma-informed care and a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by individuals dealing with mental health issues.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
