Key Responsibilities

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. You will work with both adults and adolescents, providing individualized care that respects each client's unique circumstances and enhances their potential for recovery.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline is required.
  • Active and valid state licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with Washington state regulations.
  • Proficiency in various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a wide spectrum of mental health diagnoses.
  • Ability to manage a fast-paced, remote work environment while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
