• Establish strong, trusting relationships with patients by creating a comfortable environment for open communication.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders while employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and circumstances of each patient, ensuring their unique challenges are addressed.
• Conduct regular counseling sessions with individuals and couples to provide ongoing support, reassess treatment plans, and adapt strategies as necessary.
• Perform continuous assessments to monitor patient progress, incorporating feedback to refine treatment approaches.
• Skillfully refer clients to specialized services or additional support when needed, maintaining a holistic approach to each patient's care.
• Contribute proactively to the team’s mission, participating in case discussions and sharing insights that enhance the overall treatment process for our clientele.

You will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals battling anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more complex mental health disorders. Your role will particularly focus on family dynamics, working with couples and family units to foster improved communication and resolution strategies. Your expertise in mental health will guide patients towards achieving significant improvements in their daily lives and relationships.

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Strong therapeutic and counseling skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and motivate clients are essential.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate patient documentation and treatment plans.

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for addressing substance abuse and co-occurring disorders is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in a community health setting or similar environment is beneficial.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be offered a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
