This remote role allows for a healthy work-life balance, enabling you to schedule your patient sessions from home while maintaining a connection with a vibrant team of professionals. You will keep regular working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis to accommodate our clients' needs.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client symptoms related to mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety, ensuring a deep understanding of their mental health history.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized, holistic treatment plans tailored to their specific challenges, goals, and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively address mood disorders.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to empower them throughout their healing journey.
• Continuously monitor client progress, making real-time adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs and responses.
• Work closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, comprehensive care for each client.
• Stay informed on current research and developments in mood disorder treatment to incorporate the latest findings into your clinical practice.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of all client sessions and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to cultivate your clinical skills and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Advocate for clients, raising awareness about mood disorders and promoting mental health wellness within the community.

Your primary focus will be on clients experiencing mood disorders, a prevalent issue that significantly affects their quality of life. You will work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique challenges associated with their mental health. Your role will not only involve therapeutic treatment, but also fostering an environment of understanding and support as these individuals navigate their recovery journeys.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, focusing on mood disorders.
• Expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and DBT.
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with medical professionals.
• Demonstrated success in achieving positive outcomes for clients with mood disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills and the capability to connect with clients of varied backgrounds.

• Two years or more of experience providing therapy specifically for individuals with mood disorders.
• Engagement with community resources and advocacy for mental health awareness.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
