• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately evaluate the psychological needs of children and adolescents, incorporating developmental and familial considerations.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions, skillfully guiding families to create nurturing environments that support the mental health of their children.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of patient interactions, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

This role primarily involves working with children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Your role will directly influence their emotional and psychological well-being, while also providing necessary support to their families. By fostering open communication and building trust, you will help improve the quality of life for young clients covered in your care.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health services, with a preference for experience in child and adolescent settings.
• A strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment practices, and therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating a genuine compassion for patients and an ability to engage their families effectively.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and confidence in remote communication technologies.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
