The Safe Horizon Recovery Facility is actively seeking a compassionate and driven Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) to join our team in providing high-quality telehealth services to individuals dealing with substance abuse issues and co-occurring mental health disorders. This full-time remote position allows you to deliver therapeutic support to clients in the comfort of their own homes while making a significant impact on their recovery journey.

Work Environment

This role is designed to be entirely remote, empowering you to engage with clients through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, focusing on their unique challenges related to mental health and substance use.
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to monitor clients' progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and client goals, ensuring regular follow-ups to adjust plans as needed.
  • Engage as an active member of a multi-disciplinary team, contributing insights and collaborating on integrated treatment strategies to enhance each client's care plan.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current and valid licensure in good standing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Must present a license free of suspension or probation issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for maintaining client records and managing caseloads efficiently.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience working with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
