• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health histories and needs.

Our practice primarily serves a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a critical role in fostering healing and resilience in clients from various backgrounds, thereby making a tangible impact on their lives.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD is required.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective client engagement and rapport-building.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude to create a safe therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, as well as proficiency in remote communication tools.

While we welcome applications from newly licensed therapists, prior experience working in outpatient mental health settings is preferred. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and electronic health record (EHR) systems will enhance your application.

Our competitive salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists new to our team. Benefits include:
