Contract Attorney
Location: Remote/Hybrid (based on client needs)
Job Type: Temporary Contract Assignment
LHH is partnering with a client seeking a Contract Attorney to support a busy legal department. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high volume of work while providing practical business-oriented legal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, customer, confidentiality, and service agreements.
  • Provide legal support to business stakeholders regarding contractual obligations and risk management.
  • Assist with contract lifecycle management and compliance initiatives.
  • Review and support matters involving a high volume of invoices and related contractual documentation.
  • Identify potential legal risks and recommend practical solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of contracts and related processes.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar license in good standing.
  • Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
