• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs, crafting personalized treatment plans that address specific challenges and goals.
• Deliver individual and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to clients’ preferences, ensuring the highest standard of care.
• Facilitate goal-setting discussions with clients to establish therapeutic objectives, providing continuous support and guidance throughout their journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate, to address clients' unique situations.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress, treatment updates, and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Demonstrated ability to display empathy, compassion, and respect for varying client experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage schedules and documentation in a digital environment.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling, demonstrating adaptability and proficiency with virtual tools.
• Knowledge of additional therapeutic modalities and interventions, enhancing the variety of care offered to clients.
• Previous work within community health systems or similar settings, providing insights into diverse client needs and challenges.
