• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, providing accessible support to clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.
• Engage in consultations with other professionals within our network to enhance client care and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.

The Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and various life transitions.
