• Engage in regular staff meetings and group supervision sessions to enhance teamwork and share clinical insights with colleagues.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify client needs and tailor treatment plans effectively.
• Develop and implement individualized therapeutic programs aimed at fostering personal growth, emotional resilience, and overall well-being.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, maintaining a focus on their progress and ongoing needs.

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, children, and families, focusing on those impacted by trauma, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. The center is particularly dedicated to working with clients from various backgrounds, including those of color and members of the LGBTQIA community, ensuring inclusive services that meet the unique needs of each client.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• A current, valid state-issued license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
• At least 2 years of full-time counseling experience working with diverse populations.

• Experience providing therapy to couples, children, teens, and families.
• Expertise in addressing the needs of marginalized populations, including clients of color and the LGBTQIA community.

Blissful Thoughts Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
